From the estate of a Texas attorney, this skirt is in excellent pre-owned condition with no rips, tears, stains or odors and comes from a smoke free home. While not certain, I do not believe it has been worn. The best buckle does have some wear but the belt is one xcellent condition. It has been hanging in storage for several years.
