Return Policy

You may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Warranty is valid for 1 year /1000 working hours. You must contact us before returning any goods. To be eligible for a refund, original packaging must be complete – including all parts and paperwork. Returns must have no visible signs of use or damage. Return shipping costs and all other associated costs such us duty and customs charges are at the customer’s expense unless the product is faulty. Refunds, when applicable, generally are issued within three business days of the date we receive the item being refunded. We will only issue refunds to the original payment method.
