Shipping Information

We are always working hard to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be shipped. If there is a delay on an item due an unforeseen reason, we will contact you. According to your locations, we will use Australian Post, CouriersPlease, Aramex or other couriers. We also accept local pickup.

Free Postage does not include Heavy and Bulky items to WA, NT, TAS, QLD (etc.) remote area shipping addresses. Depending on your postcode you may incur a delivery surcharge. Postage for international deliveries will respectively differ based on different destinations and takes longer.

Please read before placing an order. We will not be responsible for the deliveries fail due to incorrect address provided, please ensure the spelling and postcode are correct. If it needs to be delivered again, postage and admin fee will be charged.

Payment Options

Payment must be completed within 7 days of purchase. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after this period.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Warranty Information

All our auto parts come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers replacement of the defective part but does not cover labor costs for installation or removal.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We may require photos or additional information to process your claim.
