This was bought used from Radio Shack when they closed down and it's marked 'Demo" on it from Google. I put it as-is because it was giving me issues charging and with the touch screen. After reseting it seems okay but I don't want to take a chance. It has some marks on the screen and body but otherwise in nice condition. I'm also including the case/keyboard from ZAGG.
