Unless otherwise specified, all parts sold by UAP Auto Parts are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, effective from the date of invoice or from the date of delivery for online purchases.
Important: To maintain the validity of this warranty, all parts must be installed by a qualified automotive mechanic.
Window Regulator Switches:
Covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of invoice or receipt.
Halogen Bulbs:
Covered by a warranty against manufacturer defects only. This does not include damage from incorrect handling or normal wear and tear.
Our warranty applies strictly to the replacement of the defective part. It does not cover:
Labour costs or installation services
Damage resulting from:
Incorrect installation or failure to follow product instructions
Use of the product for purposes not intended by the manufacturer
Modification, misuse, or poor storage conditions
UAP Auto Parts will not be liable for any consequential loss, injury, or damage arising from improper product use or handling.
Customers are responsible for the shipping postage when a replacement is issued.

Return the Item:
You must return the product to us and fill out the warranty claim form so that an assessment can be conducted. For certain items—especially electrical parts or specially ordered products—this may involve forwarding it to the manufacturer or a certified repair agent.
Assessment Duration:
The inspection and assessment process may take 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the product type and issue.
Outcome Notification:
We will notify you of the assessment results as soon as they are available.
Claim Resolution:
Approved warranty claims are typically resolved within 3 to 5 business days following the assessment or upon receipt of the item.

Delivery and Order Policy

We do not accept responsibility for lost or misdirected parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information or address changes made after the order has been placed.
If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, address change, or failure to collect:
The customer will be charged a return postage fee.
It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier or local post office for redirection and cover any associated costs.
You will be notified via email or SMS once your order is ready for collection.
Orders must be collected within 30 days of the notification.
If your order is not collected within 14 days, our staff will attempt to contact you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
If the order remains uncollected after 30 days, we will process a refund to the original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal account).
