Customer need to contact AUTOSTEADY within 30 days of receiving shipment for approval of any return or exchange. We only accept returns in "NEW & UNINSTALLED" condition.

Returns or exchanges may be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the original item price plus cost of return shipping and/or replacement shipping.

AUTOSTEADY offers a 10-year warranty for parts failing due to manufacturing defects under intended use. In this case, we will provide a ONE-Time replacement for free after authentication (customers need to be in charge of the shipping fee during warranty process).

Please understand that we are not able to offer reimbursement for labor, mileage, car rental, or other costs involved in installation/re-installation.

Warranty policy does Not apply to any part that has been:

  • Altered, misused, or improperly-installed;
  • Installed on a vehicle for which it was not designed to;
  • Installed on a racing or high-performance vehicle, or vehicle with modified suspension/rims/tires.
