1. CLEANING: Ensure the glass is thoroughly cleaned
2. MEASURING and CUTTING: the width of the window film should be 2-3 cm narrower than the width of the glass
3. REMOVING and SPRAY: Two people work together, carefully removing the film from the clear backing while spraying soapy water onto the adhesive side of the window film
4. SPRAY and POST: Spray plenty of the soapy water both the glass and the film again. Then post the film to the glass
5. SCRAPING: Scrape away any excess water and air.

Why do we need to spray super lots of water to install self-adhesive window film?
When there is a lot of water between the film and the glass, the water acts as a lubricant between the window film and the glass, giving you the freedom to adjust the fit between the film and the glass and making scraping away air bubbles a breeze.

What can I do to avoid window film peeling off?
1. Ensure there is a gap of about 1cm between the film and the edge of the glass.
2. Ensure the excess water and air are completely scraped away.
As long as you make sure the film is tightly fitted to the glass, you can prevent it from falling off.

Why is it more advisable for two people to work together to separate the film from the backing film?
When you remove the backing towards the edges, the film tend to stick to itself due to curling.
So it is recommended that two people work together and place an object on the edge of the film to prevent the film from sticking to itself during removal.
