Payment

• For U.S bidders:

All major credit cards are accepted: U.S and Canadian registered cards only; no international credit cards please. Physical shipping address must be confirmed with the card-issuing bank as the billing or alternate shipping. A credit card authorization form will be emailed for completion and card holder's signature is required for approval of the payment, as well as other requested documents, if required.

• For PayPal customers we will only accept payments from the PayPal account with a physical confirmed shipping address in the United States of America and Canada; we will only ship to the confirmed address, no exceptions.

Shipping

• Shipping costs listed are to the 48 contiguous states. If you are outside the 48 contiguous states or need faster delivery service, please contact us for additional shipping charges.

• A direct signature will be required for every order over $100.

• Orders will be processed 24-48 hours after payments are received. We process orders during business hours only: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm PST. We will not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

• Estimated delivery time for ground service is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. We must have your telephone number before we ship to provide to the shipping company for contact.

• Buyer pays shipping and handling.

Terms and Conditions

• PayPal is only accepted from buyers with confirmed address.

• All products being sold are refurbished, unless otherwise stated.

• Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

• You may return up to 2% of product for full credit within thirty (30) days from purchase date. Other returns are handled on a case by case basis and are for full price less a 20% restocking fee or current value, whichever is less. All returns must be accompanied by an authorized RMA number, which is valid for 15 days after issuance.

• California requires its residents to pay sales tax, unless resale certificate is available.
