Hornby 00 gauge model railway track mat and 

collection of building kits some partially completed, 

ensemble includes:
 Hornby R8011 Track mat, platforms x2, Peco railway tunnel portal x4, 

Church, Station buildings & cottages (x3), Sheds (x2), railway staff and other people. 

Kits include: Tri-ang Traction Engine, GWR Van, Monarch Lorry, 

Gauge-Master 25 Spring deciduous trees and woodland lichen. 

as shown in the pictures (large track mat photo shows a quarter of the total mat). 

All appears in good condition, 

but the motors and mechanical spares are untested, 

and as such are sold as seen,

otherwise all as shown in the pictures.
