This is new and in the original box, as pictured. The product has been stored upright in a garage away from elements. I purchased this from a from an auction where the business was closing after 78 years. The business was SKONES ADVANCED - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC in Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
