Looks to be in good condition but shows some play wear.  Sound and light functions work.  Battery cover intact with no battery damage.  Both knobs function.  Missing both driver and passenger door mirrors.  If you look around it there is signs of play wear.  Still plenty good enough to play with or display it.  Selling as is, I don't know if there is anything broken off of it.
