Do you offer combined shipping?

Sometimes we do it depends on the item category. We offer it on all fashion doll items. We are also happy to ship multiple orders of print ads together. There are some items in other categories, however, we are unable to offer this service on. For example, items that are repacked and or require special packaging. Please feel free to message us.

 

When will my order be shipped?

It can take up to 5 days, but we normally have most items shipped out in 3 days or less.

 

Can I get additional pictures and measurements of an item?

I'm sorry but due to the volume of items we offer we are unable to offer this service. Please note that we do to take clear pictures of items from every angle and offer measurements on all non-toy related clothing in the item?s description. On other items like toys and books we have photos of most of the items next to a ruler for scale.

 

Do you offer faster shipping methods?

Yes, we do. We just rarely have anyone request them. Upon request priority and express mail can be added as an option for shipping on a listing before purchase. Please note that these services do cost more than the standard USPS Ground method of shipping.

 

Do you hold items for customers? This is not a service that we offer.
