Payment

Payment is via PayPal only, and must be received within 3 days of auction's end.

Delivery details

We ship everything out within a business days from receive payment.

We do not currently ship to PO boxes, APO Boxes or FPO boxes.

We use a variety of shipping carriers and some do not allow delivery to PO boxes. To prevent the need to cancel you order after it has been placed, we do not allow orders to ship to PO boxes.

Warranty

• All Aya Gear products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects upon delivery. Most products also have specific warranty periods mentioned in their descriptions. For items listed with a "limited" warranty, it covers damage or failure during "normal or intended use," which refers to activities necessary for participating in the sport for which the equipment is designed.

• Aya Gear Limited Warranties do not cover any damage or failure resulting from any use not considered "normal or intended use" by Aya Gear. For warranties labeled as "unconditional" or "unconditional replacement," these limitations generally do not apply, except in cases of obvious vandalism.

• If no specific warranty length or type is mentioned in the catalog, the product is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects and fit for its intended purpose at the time of shipment. All Aya Gear warranties allow Aya Gear to repair or replace warranted products at their discretion. Normal wear and tear, weather-related deterioration, or other causes that do not affect the product's functionality are not covered.

• All warranties are valid only when the product is used according to Aya Gear's printed literature, installed as per their instructions, and matched with compatible components. Aya Gear will cover ground freight costs for repairing or replacing defective merchandise. Unless otherwise stated, Aya Gear does not cover labor costs incurred for the removal or replacement of products repaired or replaced under warranty.

Terms of sales

Return Policy
We’ll accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received.

We do not accept returns for perishable items, intimate items, gift cards, downloadable products, and beauty items.

If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within <30 days> of the date you received your item.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within <two weeks>. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.
