Replacement or credit will be offered for confirmed manufacturing defects in the JFR BMW N57D30 crankshaft and included bearings, provided the goods are returned and inspection confirms the defect.

Defective parts may be required for inspection and must be delivered to our warehouse; the buyer is responsible for postage and any taxes.The Company will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage.

Warranty claims must be made within twelve months or 12,000 miles from the date of dispatch, whichever occurs first.
Warranty is void if the JFR crankshaft or included bearings have been used in motor competition, racing, or for performance purposes.

Customers must check local taxes before ordering; the buyer is responsible for paying all local taxes and duties.

All returns must be made within 30 days from dispatch and require prior company consent. Returned goods accepted for credit must be in original packaging, undamaged and without marks. Accepted returns are subject to a 15% handling charge. Opened or damaged product boxes will not be accepted. Customers must arrange collection within 7 days of notice; the company is not liable for storage.

If a buyer returns parts due to change of mind or ordering error, a 15% service/handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
