This listing is for a 3D-printed miniature made of grey-colored photopolymer resin that will arrive ready for priming and painting. The stock photos you see above are digital renders provided by the original artists, not the physical product.
After being 3D-printed, all of our miniatures are carefully washed, cured, and touched up in order to give you a high-quality product. However, minor imperfections may occur such as small pieces of supports remaining (which are easily removed with tweezers), or small blemishes (which are generally concealed during the painting process).
We pride ourselves on our high quality resin mix that has been fine-tuned over the years to ensure the best details and durability possible. However, the very nature of resin miniatures means that they are more fragile than mass-produced plastic toys. This is the trade-off for the high level of detail that we can achieve at such small scales. These miniatures are not fit for use by small children.
Scaling:
- Scale does not equal size. Different characters designed at the same scale may be vastly different actual sizes depending on how large or small that character is meant to be relative to that scale. If you would like clarification on the specific dimensions of any model, just send us a message and we will be happy to send you those exact measurements.
- If you would like your miniatures printed at any size other than 28mm or 32mm scale, we'll be happy to help. Just send us a message before making your purchase to make sure that we can accommodate your request appropriately.
Safety and Assembly:
- Many of our models require minor assembly and contain small parts which could pose a choking hazard. NONE of our products should be given to small children.
- If you need any tips about assembly, don't hesitate to ask! We have been in this hobby for over a decade and have assembled and painted hundreds of our own models.
Shipping
- All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.
- All of our products are printed-on-demand, and we process all orders in the order in which we receive them. Processing times for miniatures is typically 2-3 weeks.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to provide us with the correct shipping information. We cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to addresses that were provided incorrectly by the customer. Should this happen, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. If you realize there is a mistake in your given address prior to shipment, send us a message and we will happily make the necessary changes.
- Similarly, it is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe place for packages to be delivered. If USPS marks an item as 'Delivered' to your address and it cannot be found, please reach out to your local post office and/or law enforcement agency. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are misplaced or stolen after being successfully delivered by USPS.
