VTG 80s Siemens Hofbauer Industrial Equipment Hard Case West Germany Instrument

Original Siemens industrial hard case manufactured by Hofbauer in Planegg, West Germany, date coded June 1986.

Measures approx 17” x 12.5”

Built for transporting sensitive Siemens diagnostic or test instruments, using a rigid molded shell and egg-crate protective foam.

Features the original Siemens chrome trim plate, robust locking latches, and the classic Hofbauer German-engineering form factor.

Condition: Interior shows normal wear from removed equipment but remains solid and functional. Inner foam adhesive has come loose but could reglue if desired. Locks good but there is NO KEY. Outer shell has some scratching/surface wear as well. Please see all photos!

Excellent for repurposing as a retro photography case, audio gear carrier, or display piece for Cold War era German industrial design.
