Self Adhesive Instant Heat Pads are ideal for period pains, stomach cramps and back pains.
They also offer temporary relief from minor aches and pains in muscles and joints, and provides pain relief in ailments such as backache, arthritis, rheumatism, strains, bruises and sprains.
Each pad is individually wrapped. Simply apply to clothing or underwear (never directly onto skin), and after a few minutes the soothing warmth will seek out the source of pain and alleviate the stiffness and relax sore muscles.
CAUTION
To prevent the risk of burns never apply the heat pad directly to the skin.
Do not use while sleeping, near a heat source of whilst exercising.
If you experience skin irritation, redness or painful, discontinue immediately.
Do not use on children, babies or elderly/infirm people who are unable to remove the pad themselves.
Not to be used in conjunction with other creams, rubs, lotions or applications applied to the skin or with other heat sources.
If you have rheumatoid arthritis, poor circulation, nerve damage, sensory impairment, a skin condition, or are diabetic or pregnant, consult your doctor before using.
WARNING
For external use only each heat pad is single use only. If the contents are swallowed or come into contact with eyes, rinse with water and seek medical advice. Keep out of the reach of children and babies. If misused heat pads can cause burns even at low temperature.

- Due to occupational health and safety, pick
up is NOT available at our warehouse.
- If a problem does arise, please contact us
first, and we will do our utmost to resolve any issues.
Due to high shipping costs to REMOTE and
some non-metro areas a freight surcharge MAY apply.
If you are in a REMOTE or
non-metro area you MAY receive an invoice for the surcharge and your item will
be sent after this is paid.
Should you not pay the remote
area freight surcharge it will be taken that you wish to cancel
your order and your payment refunded.
Due to unfair and exorbitant
Australia Post policies, deliveries to Post Offices, PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers
and RMB's may also incur an additional freight charge.
