This candle holder is 100% Metal and marked © Dept 56 MADE IN TAIWAN R.O.C.  It features a green base of foliage/branches with metal ribbon above that followed by a white metal pine cone with a holder for a taper candle.  It is a little wobbly but adjusts easily.  I am including a beeswax candle. Buyer will pay $7 to ship this goodie.
