The engraving depicts US Commander Winfred Scott ordering the charge of McNeil’s Battalion during the Battle of Chippewa Ontario on July 5, 1814.
After a painting by Alonzo Chappel by an unknown engraver. Published by Johnson, Fry Co.
The print is hand colored and double matted in acid free mat and ready to frame.
It measures 11” x 14” and can fit in a standard off the shelf frame that can be purchased from Michaels, Hobby Lobby, Amazon or other stores.
