How to Use
- Use a rope or other tools (not included) to secure the cattle's head on the instruments with a fixation function.
- Turn on the power, align the cutting hole of the electric cattle dehorner with the horn, and put it on the cattle's head.
- Push the auxiliary handle, and the horn can be cut the moment the saw blade cuts through it, and the cattle will feel almost no pain.

- When sawing the corner, the head must be firmly secured to prevent the head from shaking while sawing the corner, which will jam the saw blade and damage the machine due to overload.
- When sawing the corner, be sure to wait for the motor to start for 1 second before the speed is stable, and push it quickly.
- To avoid miscarriage and a sharp decrease in milk production, the horn cutting of the cows that are not pregnant or are in the middle of pregnancy and cows in the late stage of lactation should be done in seasons with cool weather.
- During the cutting process of horn, the high-speed rotation and friction of the blade generate extremely high temperatures, and the capillaries in the keratin are already burned, so this method has less bleeding and faster speed. After cutting, use an electric soldering iron to stop bleeding from the capillaries, and then disinfect the wound with antibiotics.
- After removing the horn, fill the horn cavity with disinfectant cotton. Generally, the wound will naturally become flat after about two months. After surgery, pay attention to the condition of the cattle and promptly deal with any signs of abnormal situations.
