The 5lb Dumbbell Pair Neoprene Dumbbell Hand Weight Set consists of a pair of neoprene dumbbells, designed for both men and women alike. Made from neoprene material, these hand weights feature a no-roll head design to prevent them from rolling away during workouts. Ideal for gym training, weight lifting, and running, this set is perfect for individuals looking to add a bit of extra muscle to their routine. The neoprene material not only provides a comfortable grip but also helps to reduce noise and prevent damage to floors or surfaces during use.
