The indigo yarn-dyed fabric on both the vertical and horizontal sides creates a denim look allowing for the same aging characteristics as regular denim. The fabric is woven by Shinohara Textile in Fukuyama City Hiroshima Prefecture a renowned denim fabric manufacturer. The lining is made of a separate cotton fabric for a lightweight overall look. Available in two colors: indigo and light blue. Available in three sizes (S-L) for a comfortable fit this classic TAKIBI vest features revised front and back patterns to eliminate any noticeable difference when worn. Pockets and loops have been added for storing camping gear such as a lantern and hammer. The rear tool pocket has a mesh bottle pocket that can be used with one hand and the front chest pocket has a pocket that can store a smartphone etc. It can be worn over a T-shirt or you can choose a larger size to layer it over an outer layer.
