However, the pairing consistency of NPN or PNP pairs is still guaranteed.

Vbe error range (IC=2mA): 3mV(TYP), 10mV(MAX)

Hfe error range (IC=2mA): is less than 0.5%

Test temperature: 27 ℃ ± 0.5 ℃
