1. Start the Movement (Shake Method)
If the watch has stopped, you may gently shake the watch side-to-side for 5 - 8 seconds to activate the balance wheel and start the movement.
Use gentle wrist motion - avoid strong or aggressive shaking.
2. Wind the Watch (Crown Method)
Hold the watch securely.
Turn the crown clockwise slowly and smoothly.
Wind the crown 15 to 20 full rotations to start the watch properly.
Continue winding until you feel light resistance, this indicates the mainspring is fully wound.
Do not over-wind or force the crown.
3. Daily Use
For best performance, wind the watch once per day, ideally at the same time.
A fully wound hand-wind watch typically runs for 24 to 48 hours, depending on the model.
