Yes, you can set up multiple users on the smartphone app, and sync the data to corresponding users on the app. The device itself doesn't separate users.
Will my privacy and data being protected ?
Yes, perfectly protected. All your readings are stored on the device locally, and after your data were synced to the app, they won't be uploaded to the internet, becaused there's no "cloud" feature, and the app is for offline use only.
