Box has minimal shelf wear. Original foam packaging in very good condition but subject to future deterioration.
In superb, mint condition. Only blemishes noted are two miniscule spots of tarnish. Will display very well unpainted. Interior has walls for bedrooms and lounges, separation headers for open sections. Includes extra hardware package and stainless steel wire segment for safety bars at windows.
NP and CB&Q prototypes were regularly assigned to the North Coast Limited until 1948, then assigned to relief and extra service. NP cars were repainted from Pullman Green to "pine tree" and Loewy colors, CB&Q cars to silver with Zephyr Gothic black lettering.
