Payments are made directly to the private seller and/or their lienholder. The Registry LLC does not collect or process payments for any units, as we are not a broker or dealer.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of auction close or offer acceptance. The deposit will be applied toward the purchase price and is forfeited if the buyer does not complete the transaction. Full payment must be received within 7 days of auction close.
All units are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no expressed or implied warranties, including but not limited to the condition, availability, or merchantability of the equipment listed. Actual mileage or hours may vary depending on use, driving habits, and maintenance.
Buyers must secure financing prior to bidding or making an offer and handle all shipping and pickup arrangements. Buyer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping, transportation, or inspections. Prices exclude title, license, registration fees, and applicable state or local taxes.
