1945 Christmas & New Year Card 78^th Lightning Infantry Division Army WWII Military

In very good clean condition, tape residue on the back and the inside top edge has a torn piece missing.  
This paper card and personal note was sent to my mother in 1945 by a special friend named Sammy.
