Item is in great  condition..   Hardly  used   Sat in storage box unit for years    .  Couple pages (pg 88/89 & 157/158) have hole punched that needs to be replaced on bottom hole on page.  See pic of page punch hole flaws  .  No missing pages.   Pics are of actual item  being sold.  Please see photos for condition assessment.
