Installation Instructions:
- Disconnect negative ground terminal from the battery.
- Remove the air intake. Disconnect hoses and sensors, lift the air box,.
- Remove the throttle cable. Slide the cable end out. Lay the cables out of the way.
- Disconnect the wiring harnesses, sensors, hoses, solenoid and connectors.
- Remove the cap on Schrader valve on the fuel rail. Loosen the fuel fittings behind the intake on the driver side.
- Remove the hose bracket, remove the fuel line.
- Unscrew the nuts, remove the intake manifold.
- Remove the old fuel injector.Pry out the injector's bracket.
- Install the new fuel injector.Insert the hose according the number.
- Temporarily reinstall the fuel inlet and return lines into the fuel meter body.Reconnect the battery and vehicle’s fuel pump.Perform a Fuel Pressure System check to verify that the injectors are not leaking.
- If everything is ok, reinstall the covers, nuts, hoses and sensors.
