II. Product Application Scope
This product has a very wide application range and can be used in various industries, such as almost all hard materials and soft materials like glass, plastic, metal, paper, wood, leather, liquid crystal, PCB circuit board, electronic components, optical lens, semiconductor, and photobiological scientific research experiments. It is specifically applied in UV adhesive, UV water drop glue, UV photosensitive resin, UV gem glue, UV solder mask, UV ink screen printing, UV exposure, ancient blue and white contact printing, UV varnish (LED-specific type required), as well as anti-counterfeiting powder, fluorescent decoration, stage performance, etc.
III. Product Advantages
Air-cooled cooling: The large fan actively cools down, which is much better than aluminum passive heat dissipation, and can greatly extend the service life of LED lamps.
Ultra-strong irradiance: This product has high energy, stable light output, and uniform irradiation. Traditional lamp curing of general UV glue takes several minutes, while this product only takes a few seconds, greatly shortening the operation time and improving production efficiency.
Ultra-low energy consumption: The electricity consumed by LED is only 20% of that of high-pressure mercury lamps, while the luminous efficiency is more than 10 times that of mercury lamps.
No thermal radiation: LED is a cold light source, without IR emission. The temperature of the lamp body hardly rises, and the surface temperature of the irradiated product increases by 5 degrees or less, while the surface temperature of traditional mercury lamps is as high as 60-90 degrees.
No preheating required: LED can be instantly lit, reaching 100% power output without preheating, improving production work efficiency.
Ultra-long service life: Traditional mercury lamps only have a lifespan of about 1000 hours and need to be replaced frequently, increasing the use cost; while LED-UV lamps can reach more than 5000 hours (and are not affected by the number of switchings), greatly saving costs.
More environmentally friendly: LED-UV lamps do not contain mercury and will not produce ozone, making them a safer and more environmentally friendly choice to replace traditional light sources.
IV. Precautions
The ultraviolet wavelength of this product belongs to long wave (UVA), which is within the safe range. Occasional irradiation on the skin is irrelevant, but it is not recommended to irradiate for a long time.
Please do not disassemble the product by yourself, otherwise it will bring unsafe factors, and our factory will not be able to provide normal after-sales guarantee.
During operation, ensure that the environment is dry (try to avoid humid places), and the ambient temperature is not higher than 45 degrees (try to avoid fully enclosed places) to avoid affecting the service life of the lamp.
It is best not to let this lamp work continuously for more than 10 hours. Proper rest is the best maintenance method.
