This 1986 Netherlands import reissued stereo LP from London Records' Enterprise series (417 312-1) features Benjamin Britten's Symphony for Cello and Orchestra, Op. 68; Prelude and Fugue, Op. 29; and Sinfonia da Requiem, Op. 20. They are performed by cellist Mstislav Rostropovich, the English Chamber Orchestra, and the New Philharmonia Orchestra, conducted by Benjamin Britten himself. Album notes are in English, French, German, and Italian, written by Philip Brett.

The album has a small tear near the lower right corner (Photo 1). The outer sleeve has a small collection index sticker in the upper right corner of the back, as well as an Allegro Imports sticker near the bottom (Photo 2). The inner sleeve's sides are beginning to split.

This is one of many titles from an extensive collection of classical LPs and CDs that we will be listing here. All have been carefully stored for many years, played only on premium equipment, and show little to no wear.
