This camera is designed to fit so well they look like original factory fitted equipment. By replacing the housing of the high level brake light you remove the need to drill holes into the metal bodywork of the van which can often lead to leads and issues with corrosion further down the line. It also helps keep the streamline of the vehicle so you do not have an object sticking up above the roof that can get caught on things.

* The monitor/screen comes with 2 mounts to give you a choice of positions. A windscreen suction mount or a self-adhesive dashboard mount

Brake Light Functionality Maintained

In all instances our brake light cameras maintain the functionality of your 3rd brake light. Depending on the design of the brake light being replaced this is either a simple replacement Perspex housing for your current reversing bulb so the bulb itself and the wiring all remain intact or a complete plug and play swap out unit. Either way it makes for an easy enough DIY replacement.
