CONDITION: This vintage 1971 Cesar Old Person Halloween Face Mask is in good condition but does have wear and tear due to use and age. There are small stains, scratches, scuff marks, rips, tears and areas of missing color. The hair is frizzy and matted together on the back and both sides. There is a 1/2 inch tear on the right side of the mouth. Please see photos.
