•We stand by the items we sell and will issue a full refund including shipping charges on any defective item. Please note; photos of the item, packaging, serial numbers or product identifiers may be required in order to guarantee a full refund.

•Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives. 

- SOFTWARE/ELECTRONIC MEDIA: Returns are not accepted on any factory-sealed software/electronic media that has been opened/used.

- NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS: We understand that our customers may change their mind after purchasing a product. We will accept returns on these orders, although the shipping charges and a restocking fee will be withheld from your refund.

•If the item is returned in a different condition as when received, additional fees may apply.
