  • How to use:
  • Wash your hands with water.
  • Dry your hands well.
  • Insert a Contour Plus test strip into the glucometer gently.
  • Prick your clean and dried finger with a lancing device.  
  • Apply a small drop of blood to the end of the contour blue test strip.
  • Wait for the meter to beep and display your blood glucose result.
  • Remove the test strip from the meter and dispose of it securely.
  • Safety information:

  • Make sure to use a clean, dry test strip.
  • Apply a small drop of blood to the end of the test strip within 5 seconds of pricking your finger.
  • Do not overfill the test strip.
  • Hold the test strip still while the meter is reading your blood glucose level.
  • Do not use a test strip that is past its expiration date.
  • Storage information:

  • Do not store in humid conditions.
  • Do not store the test strips or meter in freezer.
  • Do not store the meter or test strips in hot temperature.
  • Keep the meter and strips in original containers.
