Operation method

1.Assemble the accessories normally.

2. Connect the 220V single-phase power supply and check if the machine can operate normally.

3. After checking that the machine can operate normally, the next step can be taken. Put the raw materials with the size of larger than 1 meter into the feeding hopper, and let the first press roller in the machine chamber press the head of the raw materials.

4. Observe whether the leaf separation and discharging situations are normal.

5. If the customer's raw materials are too wet and are wound around the rollers, this is a normal phenomenon. The machine should be turned off, cleaned and then restarted to continue to operate.

Note:

1. Do not touch the running parts during operation.
Do not put the hands into the machine.

2.Double-check the belt and the screws before operation.

3.Clean up the rest after use to prevent damage to the machine.

Precautions

1. Before the machine is started, it is necessary to read the user manual carefully and adjust and maintain the machine according to the regulations. The operator must master the structure and functions of the machine.

2. The matched power must meet the requirements, and it is not allowed to increase the spindle speed without authorization.

3. Before starting the machine, check if the direction of operation is the same as the direction of rotation, otherwise it is strictly prohibited to start the machine.

4. Hard objects, such as metal and stones, must not be mixed into the materials that need to be processed, otherwise the damage to the machine will be caused.

5. After the machine is started for a few hours, it is necessary to observe whether each part is loose and regularly add grease to the bearings.

6. When the materials are fed, the hands of operators are strictly prohibited from approaching the grinding rollers to avoid personal injury accidents. Feeding of the materials should be uniform and appropriate, the fed materials should not be too many or too few, the feeding should not be too fast or too slow, too fast feeding or too many materials can easily cause the machine to get stuck and then the burnout of the motor can be caused.

7. It is strictly prohibited to work under the influence of alcohol, illnesses or excessive fatigue. It is also strictly prohibited for operators with gloves, individuals with low intelligence, minors under 18 years old, elderly people over 60 years old and persons who have not mastered the using rules of the machine to operate the machine by themselves.

8. In the working process, if grass blockage or other faults are found, the switch should be turned off immediately to disconnect the power supply, and the fault should be eliminated before the operation is conducted again. It is strictly prohibited to operate the machine with faults.

9. Persons who are not staff members and are not familiar with the mechanism performance of the machine are not allowed to turn on the machine casually.

10. When the machine is not in use for a long time, it should be stored indoors or in a shed and coated with anti-rust oil to prevent the machine from rusting.

Note:

We suggest that high-power machines should be directly connected to the main power supply, as the voltage reaching the machine is stable. If the voltage is unstable and the current exceeds the rated current of the motor, it is easy to burn out the starting capacitor.

It is recommended to directly connect to the power supply as much as possible. If the machine is not connected to the power supply, different situations may occur, and the wires are not durable. The wires will gradually burn out over time.
