1. Import Duties and Taxes

As the buyer, you should be aware of possible:

Delays from customs inspection.

Import duties and taxes which buyers must pay.

Brokerage fees payable at the point of delivery.

2. Import Duties and Taxes: 

Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees,disbursement fees and Tot BRK charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. The custom duties are charged by importing countries.   Though we can not control that. If the buyer does not cooperate with the customs clearance, resulting in parcel clearance failure (return, destruction, etc.), the loss caused by the failure of customs clearance will be borne by the buyer.

3.   In some countries, such as Mexico and certain European countries, the recipient is required to provide a tax identification number (e.g., RFC in Mexico) when placing an order.   This information is necessary to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery.  Indonesia is required to provide the tax ID of the Indonesian collection company or the tax ID of the individual (NPWP-Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak, Taxpayer identification number) or 1.   Local nationals, provide Indonesian ID number of Indonesian nationals.
