Returns eBay now requires a return policy. The "set up buttons" at listing time are inadequate for what I offer. I offer a case-by-case return policy. There are just no one-size fits all solution here. Typically, I offer several suggestions to help solve any issues and it has worked VERY well without an eBay mandate of a yes or no for return. If an item has been used, it typically cannot be returned. Mix-ups from the Ryobi Distribution Center, or missing parts in packages from China sometimes occur. Usually non-mix up returns have a $10 restock fee and I do not refund postage. That said, my policy says "no returns." I have had thousands of happy customers and my ratings are high! If there is a specific question regarding returns, please email me in advance. If you have an issue with anything, please hold onto all packaging! Contact me and I will instruct you on what to do next and we can solve the problem together!
**PLEASE READ BEFORE A PURCHASE** As of 3/16/11 eBay announced substantial fee increases. Due to these changes, I have gone to free shipping for US Customers and a flat $9.95 for Canadian and other International customers. As you know in reality, shipping is not free.
