Operating Instructions
  1. Check all pipes are properly connected and 220V wiring meets requirements. Verify all pipelines are connected and clamps tightened
  2. Prepare large bucket of water, place circulating water pump in bucket, and power on circulating water pump first. Ensure return water flow
  3. Connect two cooling water pipes above centrifugal nozzle with cooling water to cool the centrifugal nozzle
  4. Connect peristaltic pump feed pipe to centrifugal nozzle, then power on the system
  5. After powering on, turn on fan before heating. When inlet air temperature reaches set temperature and outlet temperature stabilizes (approximately 30 minutes), turn on atomizer
  6. Turn on atomizer (ensure circulating water pump return pipe has backwater), then turn on peristaltic pump to feed sample
  7. Begin drying process. Set temperature according to requirements. When sample is finished, turn off peristaltic pump, then atomizer, then heating. Turn off induced draft fan when temperature drops below 50 degrees
