This part both lower and upper cover go around ignition lock. Fits: 1999-2002 Chevy Silverado that have both upper and lower cover go around ignition lock. If you did not need to remove your lock this is the correct cover. If you needed to remove your lock to get upper cover removed then this is not the correct part.
