This is a beautiful vintage symbolic Masonic Past Masters Apron in Blue, White and Silver bullion. It is made of glistening silk and classic moire. The Masonic symbols are three dimensional. The backside lining is a lovely blue. Aside from some light folds from storage, the Apron is in very good vintage condition. No problems. The backside has small penciled initials but there are no names or inscriptions under the flap. This item is vintage circa 1950’s, but looks almost new! It measures approximately 15 ¼ x 13 ½ inches. A BEAUTIFUL APRON FROM PENNSYLVANIA! The maker here is the famous "WM. Lehmberg & Sons" of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. For many years, this company has produced a wealth of Masonic and other fraternal regalia including jewelry, fezzes, sashes, aprons, ceremonial and ritual items and all manner of quality product. Their items are every inch as fine and important as any regalia made by the great sword makers (who themselves also ventured into jewelry) such as “The Ames Sword Company”, “M. C. Lilley & Co”, “The Pettibone Bros” and “William Horstmann of Philadelphia”.
