Common problems and solutions
1. The compressor does not start but makes a humming sound
Cause: Low voltage.
Solution: Stop the machine immediately, check the voltage, and start again after the voltage is normal.
2. After the power is plugged in, the power indicator is off and the compressor does not run
Cause: The power supply is out of power or the power plug is in poor contact with the socket.
Solution: Check whether the power supply is normal, check whether the socket and plug are normal.
3. The compressor starts frequently
Cause: The power supply voltage is too high and unstable.
Solution: Add a voltage regulator.
4. Too much noise
Cause: The refrigerator is not placed smoothly or the fastener is loose or the refrigeration tube has vibration or the cooling fan collides with other components

Our product line encompasses 2-8°C low-temperature refrigeration series refrigerators and ultra-low temperature freezers ranging from -40 to -86°C.
2. How soon will I receive the product?
Under normal circumstances, we will complete the inspection of the packaging within 1-2 days and proceed with dispatch (Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday). Generally, you can expect to receive the product within two weeks. However, for some products that require customization, the cycle may be extended by about a week.
