Returns / Concerns

Returns? No problem, simply contact us via eBay and post the item back to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement. Buyer is responsible for ALL postage costs EXCEPT if the items is being returned due to a fault or mistake at our end. In such case, we would like to be notified prior to the item being returned. We do not accept returns from overseas and also because of reasons such as 'too small', 'doesn't fit, 'just didn't like it', 'found a better price', 'ordered by mistake', 'doesn't seem authentic'. In all such cases, a P&P charge of £7.99 per item will be deducted from the refund amount. These charges are for our labour, packaging and postage costs.
