Collectors). The product that you see in the picture is what you will receive.
There may be minor shelf wear and tear, mostly at the corners and/or edges. We
provide good resolution pictures for your convenience. We try our best to highlight
any major damage to the product box by posting pictures and mentioning those
over here.
Storage: All our LEGO sets are stored in a pet and
smoke-free environment and are handled with love and care while they are with
us!
Packing and Shipping: The product will be bubble
wrapped and filled with packing paper rolls and/or packaging air pillows to
prevent any damage to the product during shipping. This is just like the way we
would want any product we purchase, to be shipped to us. Please note that LEGO in
polybags could be shipped in padded envelopes unless boxes are specifically
requested by the Buyer. The product will be shipped in 3 (three) business days
once payment is received. Pre-order sale will ship within 3 (three) days of
receiving the item. If there is any delay, for any unforeseen reasons, we will
promptly notify you. We would also like to encourage you to read our reviews.
International Shipping: We will ship this item to
international customers via eBay’s International Shipping program only. If
there is any item that you would like to purchase and it is not set up for
international shipping, please reach out to us. Depending on the item, we might
ship that internationally via eBay’s International Shipping program, after
activating the program for that item.
Shipping Method: We primarily use USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Returns: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from
both domestic and international sales, at this time. We take great care and
effort in handling the products that we sell. Also, we post the pictures of the
product that we sell, so that you can view the quality of the product before
you finalize the purchase.
