Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders!
- Urgent: If you need your order quickly, please upgrade your shipping method during checkout. We cannot prioritize individual orders otherwise.
- UK Stock: All of our products are stocked in the UK.
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 3 PM will be dispatched on the same day(Mon-Fri. Excluding bank holidays).
- Tracked Service Upgrade: Orders over £20 will be automatically upgraded to a tracked service at no additional cost.
- Shipping Providers: We primarily ship via Royal Mail 48, but we reserve the right to use any provider and/or an equivalent service*
Important Information:
- Delivery Address: Once your order is placed, we cannot change the delivery address. Please ensure the correct address is provided at checkout.
- Incorrect Address: If you realize you’ve provided the incorrect address, message us through the eBay messaging system as soon as possible. We will assist you in cancelling your order so you can reorder with the correct address.
- Post-Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or change the shipping address. The buyer is responsible for any issues and costs related to incorrect shipping addresses. If there are issues with the delivery and the item is returned to us, a refund will be provided. We will not reship the item.
*An equivalent service is regarded as any service with the same advertised shipping speed.

- Condition of Returns: Items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
- Faulty Items: Clearly describe the issue you are experiencing with the faulty item. This helps us process the return swiftly.
Unwanted Goods
If you no longer want the goods, you can return them within 60 days of receipt for a refund. Ensure the goods are unopened and in their original packaging. Please contact us for return instructions.
Wrong / Faulty / Damaged Goods
We strive to maintain high-quality products. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, or damaged, please contact us for return instructions. Products will be replaced or refunded once received. Ensure items are returned in their original packaging. When opening a return request for damaged or faulty goods, provide a clear and detailed description of the issue. If you describe the problem vaguely, such as “Not Working” or “Faulty” without any explanation, it may take us additional time to process your return request as we identify and verify the fault.
Items Ordered in Error
If you place an order in error, contact us within 60 days of receipt. We will exchange the product for the correct one and refund the difference where applicable.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately. We cannot cancel orders that have already been prepared for shipment.
Incorrect Address
Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. If the address is incomplete or incorrect, we cannot process a refund or replace your order. Please check your address carefully before confirming your order.
Misrepresentation
When returning items, please accurately describe the return reason. Do not claim the item is faulty or not as described if this is not the case. We will always accept all valid return requests, and falsely reflecting the reason only harms our business.
