No-load rotation inspection : a. Firstly, start the motor to check if the rotating direction of the pulley is correct and if the speed meets the requirements. b. No-load operation check is conducted for at least 30 minutes. 1. Connect the 110V power supply and start the motor. 3. Pour the grinding materials into the hopper. 4. When it is found that the degree of crushing of the raw materials reaches the requirements, fix the hand wheel. 5. After the materials are ground, the hand wheel should be rotated to separate the grinding rollers so as to avoid contact and accelerated wear of the grinding rollers. d. It is strictly prohibited to insert your hands into the hopper in the working process. Do not touch the running/moving parts.

Note: a. Do not apply the excessive force when switching on, and be gentle and steady to avoid damaging the components. b. It is strictly prohibited to mix iron nails, metal blocks, hard stones and other things into the grinding materials. c. It is strictly prohibited for the two rollers to friction with each other while idling. d. This crusher is mainly used to crush materials such as barley malt. If the crusher is used for crush corn, the grinding rollers with other teeth numbers need to be replaced.
