Medial & lateral heel wedges inserts with the thickness of 1/10"(low side) to 2/5" (high side). The heel wedges are raised 1/4 ”, providing a 4-degree medical lift for medial or lateral unloading. 

>How to use:

1.Worn laterally, with the raised portion towards the outside of your legs, they can correct supination and counteract bow-leggedness, preventing knee osteoarthritis and harmful ankle sprains caused by inversion.

2.Worn medially, with the raised portion towards the inside of your legs, they can correct overpronation, counteracting knock-knees and ankle eversion, reducing the effects of knee osteoarthritis and flat feet.

>Applications：

For genu valgum (knock knees), genuvarum (bowlegged-ness), osteoarthritis knee pain, pronation (inward roll of foot), supination (outward roll of foot), posture problems, and other issues caused by uneven foot alignment. Use all day while standing, walking, etc.

>Suggestion:

Clean the shoes with shoe wipe before applying.
