Early 1900s Blue floral Cloisonne enamel ashtray. 
It measures 5" in diameter and stands 1 1/4" in height.  I have rotated for photos so you can see all sides. There are a couple of very tiny chips on the inside and one on the outside rim. (nothing major) see photos. It is marked for China

The enamel craftsmanship is excellent.
