It's worth mentioning that due to the laser cutting process, some minor brown discoloration may appear on the surface and along the edges of the item. This can be easily painted over or smoothed out with fine sandpaper. Rest assured, we always make every effort to minimise this discoloration during the cutting process.

Payment Information
We kindly ask that all items are paid for as soon as possible after clicking 'buy it now', as this allows us to dispatch your order sooner.
We unfortunately can't ship any items until payment has been confirmed and pending payments have cleared.
Shipping Information
We offer free standard 2nd class shipping on the majority of our items.
All items will be dispatched within one working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) Excluding personalised items. You should expect to receive orders 2-3 days after dispatch for orders sent Royal Mail 48hr.
We obtain proof of postage and delivery for all items, however in the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the post then please get in contact as soon as possible for us to resolve for you. We cannot treat an item as lost until 10 working days have passed, and any damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Returns Information
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund (excluding personalised products). We unfortunately cannot refund any postal charges and do charge a 20% handling fee on all returns.
You can return a product up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Any returned product must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in the original packaging.
Unfortunately, We cannot offer returns on any personalised items unless there are exceptional circumstances, we may decide to issue a refund or replacement under exceptional circumstances but these cases will be dealt with on an individual basis and agreed at our discretion.
Multi-buy Offers
Multi-buy discounts items need to be added to basket and paid for in one single transaction where the cost of the free item/s will be deducted automatically at checkout.
